Return & Exchange Policy

At Darfit, our mission is to ensure you feel strong and supported in every piece you wear. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you like a friend:

• Timeframe: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact to maintain quality standards.

• Exceptions: For hygiene and safety reasons, products that directly contact the skin (such as underwear or socks) are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• Shipping Costs: If the return/exchange is due to personal preference, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.

• Refunds: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after the product has been inspected and approved.
